The activity of RSPP disposes the prevention/protection measures, necessary to ensure the research development in accordance with the current legislation in the field of Occupational Safety, D. Legislative decree 81/2008. It also provides the not-structured training, with specific references about the security procedures within the Institute.

The Head of waste management activity, targets to identify the specific waste in compliance with the Procedures of disposal.

Biographical Notes

 

Ciro Liccardi, graduated in Law and graduated in Industrial Chemistry, has worked in public research institutions since 1980, starting with a scholarship to study at the Experimental Station of Naples Pelli, entity operating in the tanning industry. At the Experimental Station Pelli he worked until 2001, first in the laboratory and then, as a result of obtaining a degree in law, also taking care of the technical and legal issues related to the tanning industry and in any case concerning the research activities. In 2001 he moved to the National Research Council at the Institute for Research on Combustion, where since 2007, is responsible for the service of prevention and protection and service manager for waste disposal. This activity has also provided a specific training program for which it was necessary to obtain specialist qualifications relating to the areas of interest, in particular the title of RSPP in December 2006 following a master at the Federico II and the title of Head of Environmental in 2013, at IPSOA. He also holds a certification in June 2014 to the Education Workers' following a master of the University Roma Tre. Since 2015 he is member of the Board of the IRC as delegate of technician-administrative staff.
